The Wildlife Trust for Birmingham and the Black Country operates 2 centres in Birmingham that offer practical and fun Wild Workshops for Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils. At both centres, our expert educators lead groups on a journey of exploration and discovery, making the natural world exciting and accessible.
All workshops support and enhance National Curriculum delivery whilst maximising opportunities for building resilience and positive MHWB outcomes.

Centre of the Earth
This is the Wildlife Trust’s purpose built environmental centre in Winson Green – just 1.5 miles from Birmingham city centre. The grounds contain a large, natural pond, wildflower meadows, woodland, environmental sculptures and access to the Soho loop of the Birmingham canal.

EcoPark
EcoPark is a hidden oasis of wildlife and ground breaking education centre located in Small Heath, Birmingham. The grounds contain natural ponds, wild flower meadows, picnic areas, woodlands and a planned brand new building, due to be completed by March 2022.
